three packages for your Wedding Selection convenience

The “Traditional”

A Creative Appetizer Display

Seasonal Fresh Fruit, Assorted Cheeses, Fresh Vegetables and Accompaniments

Entrées

Roast Prime Rib:  slowly roasted to perfection and served with Au Jus;

Baked Stuffed Scrod:  baked with a Seafood Stuffing and topped with Newburg Sauce;

Boneless Breast of Chicken:  stuffed with a Herb & Sweet Sausage Stuffing, topped with a light Chicken Volute Sauce;

Chicken Francaise:  sautéed in a light egg batter finished with a White Wine Parsley Lemon Butter Sauce;

Chicken Marsala:  pan seared with Mushroom Marsala Wine Sauce;

Marinated Grilled Chicken:  grilled with a Lemon Herb Marinade
