Stuffed Breast of Chicken:  filled with a mixture of Herb & Sweet Sausage Stuffing      

Grilled Marinated Chicken Breast:  with a Lemon Herb Marinade               

Honey Dijon Chicken:  a grilled Chicken Breast topped with Honey Dijon Glaze         
                                                                                                                                                                             Chicken Marsala:  served with a Mushroom and  Marsala Wine Sauce               

Baked Scrod:  baked with a Basil Crumb topping                       

Baked Scrod Newburg:  baked and finished with a Newburg Sauce               

Grilled Salmon:   served with a Dill Cream Sauce                       

Stuffed Filet of Sole:   with Seafood Stuffing & topped with Lobster Sauce               
priced to market

Stuffed Filet of Sole Florentine:   with a creamy spinach filling                   

Baked Stuffed Shrimp:   four Gulf Shrimp baked with Seafood Stuffing           

Land and Sea:  grilled Marinated Chicken Breast & two Baked Stuffed Shrimp           

Grilled New York Sirloin Steak:  topped with Garlic Herb Butter               

Roast Prime Rib:   slowly roasted to perfection and served with Au Jus               

Filet Mignon:  topped with a Béarnaise Sauce or Mushroom Wine Sauce           


Sirloin and  Shrimp:  an 8oz portion of grilled Sirloin Steak and two Baked Stuffed Shrimp
